• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights;

• Engage in service disruption activities such as spamming, malware deployment, or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks;

• Use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or exploitative purposes.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access. We reserve the right to monitor usage and enforce these conditions to maintain platform integrity and security.

All content, trademarks, software, data structures, platform designs, and intellectual assets available on Aether Cloud are the exclusive property of SUHUL LLC or its authorized partners and licensors. These include but are not limited to:

• UI/UX components, visual identity systems, and design frameworks;

• Backend architecture, APIs, and proprietary algorithms;

• Documentation, educational materials, and original content;

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without express written consent from SUHUL LLC.
By submitting content to our platform (e.g., custom integrations or feedback), you grant SUHUL LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, host, and display such content solely for service improvement purposes, provided it does not violate your ownership rights.

Aether Cloud is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for continuous uptime, accuracy, and security, SUHUL LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with all third-party systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SUHUL LLC disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

• We are not responsible for loss of data, business interruption, or damages caused by third-party integrations or force majeure events.
   

SUHUL LLC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
