As a global cloud service brand operated by SUHUL LLC, we recognize digital accessibility as a fundamental part of ethical design, corporate responsibility, and human-centered technology.

Our accessibility program is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and is also aligned with the principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and relevant international laws such as the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549.

We believe accessibility is not a one-time feature, but a long-term commitment to equity, usability, and innovation.

2. Accessibility Practices and Technical Measures

To ensure our digital properties are accessible to the widest possible audience, we have adopted a range of proactive design, development, and operational strategies:

  • Semantic HTML5, ARIA landmarks, and structured heading hierarchies to support screen readers and assistive technologies;

  • Keyboard-only navigation, skip links, and logical tab sequences to accommodate users with motor impairments;

  • Contrast ratios, text scalability, and flexible UI components for visually impaired users;

  • Integration of closed captions, transcripts, and alternative text for all multimedia and graphical content;

  • Ongoing automated and manual accessibility audits using tools such as Axe, WAVE, and NVDA/JAWS testing environments;

  • Accessibility documentation and QA checkpoints embedded into our Agile software development lifecycle;

  • Internal training programs and accessibility certifications for design, product, and engineering teams.

Our accessibility posture also extends to partner systems and third-party integrations, and we evaluate all vendors for WCAG compatibility as part of our onboarding process.

Accessibility is a dynamic journey. We welcome and encourage feedback from users, accessibility advocates, and developers who identify issues or areas for improvement.

All feedback is reviewed by our internal accessibility lead within 5 business days, and we aim to provide resolution or timeline estimates as appropriate.

We are currently working toward certifiable accessibility conformance across all public and authenticated interfaces, including administrative portals, documentation libraries, and learning environments.
