Refund Policy

Aether Cloud operates on a subscription-based and usage-driven pricing model. Refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been rendered or consumed. However, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

• You experienced system downtime or service failure attributable to our infrastructure for more than 24 consecutive hours;

• You were billed incorrectly due to system or administrative error;

• You requested cancellation within 7 days of initial sign-up and did not utilize any premium features or custom deployments.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@aether-cloud.com with relevant documentation and account information. We reserve the right to verify eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

The following conditions are not eligible for refunds:

• Change of mind or service preference;

• Partial use of monthly or annual subscriptions;

• Service disruption caused by third-party dependencies or client-side configuration issues;

• Custom development work, consultation hours, setup or onboarding fees;

• Promotional, discounted, or free-tier plans.

In cases of abuse, excessive refund requests, or attempts to reverse valid charges, we reserve the right to suspend account access and report fraudulent behavior to relevant authorities or payment processors.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• You will receive an official confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

• Any applicable platform or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Currency exchange differences may apply for international users.

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of approval, please contact us with your case reference number for follow-up assistance.
